STEP 1,
Go to Log in to your EGSPay account. (Make sure your region is set to PH.)
STEP 2,
Go to the E-Wallet and open the Voucher Redemption page and select EGSPay PIN and enter your Voucher Code exactly as provided (check spaces and characters).
STEP 3,
Click Redeem / Submit. and wait for the system to process your request.
If successful, the voucher value will be credited to your account balance immediately.
If you encounter an error, please double-check: • The code is not expired. • The code is entered correctly. • The code has not been redeemed before.
Tip: Redeem your voucher as soon as possible to avoid expiration or issues.
